Installation

Complete the following steps to install the Glance application.

1. Navigate to the Glance home page of the Genesys CloudCX app foundry here.
2. Access the app foundry wizard here.
3. Click Start to continue through the wizard.
4. For Step 2: Setup, enter your Glance Group ID and API Key, then click Next.
5. For Step 3: Install, review the steps the wizard will perform for you, then click Install.
6. For Step 4: Summary, review the application details that were configured during the wizard process.

NOTE: You can save a JSON export of these configurations for reference, as they will not be available once the wizard is complete

7. Click Complete to finish the installation.

NOTE: If you need to uninstall the application, contact Genesys.
