Managing Glance Cobrowse Settings
To integrate Glance Cobrowse into your website, you will need to have your Customer Group ID. This unique id is assigned to every customer. Your Glance username (also referred to as your Glance Address) and password are needed to access your Customer Group ID. If you are not sure of what your username and password is, contact Glance support .
With you Customer Group ID in hand, you will need to manage your Cobrowse settings.
To manage your Cobrowse settings:
- Go to www.glance.net and click My Account.
- Log in to your account using your Glance Address and Password.
- Under Manage Your Account, click the Settings tab.
- In the bottom-left corner of the Settings tab, select Manage your Cobrowse settings.
