Glance for Zendesk

This section will show you how to set up Glance for Zendesk and get started on using the application. When your setup process is complete, sales and support reps can launch collaborative sessions simply by clicking on the Glance icon appearing on any Zendesk.com lead, account, opportunity, contact, case, or even campaign object.

Requirements

Before you begin using Glance for Zendesk, please ensure you have a valid Glance trial or subscription. You can sign up for an account on our website: www.glance.net.

You must also have a Zendesk account with the ability to install an app from the Zendesk Apps Marketplace, as well as the ability to add new user fields.
