Launching Glance Cobrowse in Zendesk

Once the app is installed, it will appear in the sidebar of a ticket or user. If you do not see the sidebar, make sure that the Apps drawer is open by clicking on Apps in the upper-right-hand corner.

To launch a Glance Cobrowse session:

  1. Instruct the customer to click on the Glance Cobrowse button on your website.
  2. If the customer is not logged in, or you have not set up Integrated Session Start, the customer will see this:
  3. Click the Cobrowse button.
  4. Choose Find.
  5. Click on the Join Cobrowse Session button once the session is found on Glance's servers:
  6. If you have selected a field for Integrated Session Start in the App Setting, you will see a loading screen:
