How to select the your customer’s account to Manage

When you login in to the Glance Manager Your Account console with the Moxie Admin login, you will need to select the correct group / company you wish to modify. To select the group, you will see a drop down in the top right corner:

If you forget to select the correct customer before clicking on the Portal tab, please do the following:

Select the correct company / group and then select the “Summary” Tab. It will reset so when you go to the Portal Tab, it will reflect the correct group.

If you forget to select the correct customer before clicking on any of the other tabs (Settings, Activity, Users…), no problem. Simply select the correct group in the drop down and the view will instantly reset to the correct group
